    Question

Could someone tell me if there is a proper order to removing and reinstalling the
bolts for the intake manifold on a 94+ GSR?

    Thanks,

No not really, but you'll find it easier to start loosening the bottom, then the top. Hand tighten the top first, then hand tighten the bottom. Then tighten them all. Just make them all the same torque.

It's probably a good idea to loosen them all progressively. It's certainly a good idea to tighten them in stages especially as the JR manifold to head mating surface has more runout than the OE manifold. It's a good idea to check this by the way. Typical limit is around .006". Three of the 4 manifolds I've checked had .003" to .004". One had .010" and had to be exchanged.
